Committees: General Assembly and Specialized
G77 Summit
Delegates will work to address issues as a member of the United Nation’s designated 77 developing countries. Since it is a G77 summit, large powers including the United States, the United Kingdom, and France will not be present, so delegates have to think creatively about how to write resolutions and solve problems without the approval or help of the security council.
Unique problems require innovative solutions!
THE HOUSE COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE
As members of the administration at the House Committee on Transportation & Infrastructure, delegates will discuss transportation big and small in the United States, getting into the specifics of our highway systems, high speed rails, license and registration practices and more. Delegates must use their pragmatism and their research skills as a vehicle to guide them down the road of reform!
PEPSI-CO
Whether you’re the delegate of Lay’s Chips or of Kevita Kombucha, representatives must find common ground in the PepsiCo conglomeration. They have to represent their companies, while advancing the interests of the whole corporation. Topics such as sustainability in production, C-Suite management, increasing profit, and more are sure to arise in debate, just know where your brand stands and that profit = revenue-costs and you are sure to succeed.
